Rates and delivery times
Mode of delivery
The products will be sent by courier to the address specified by the customer when ordering.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, during normal business hours excluding public holidays.
The delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the customer at the address specified on the order form.
In case of non-delivery for the absence of the recipient at the address specified, the carrier will send a email alert and will try the next day delivery.
In case of impossibility to deliver the next day for the absence of the recipient, the courier will attempt to contact the customer to schedule a new delivery over the next 10 days.
In case of further absence of the recipient within that term, the products covered by the order will be returned to TATABORELLO that will send a report via e-mail to the customer.
All expenditure relating to any subsequent re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
At the time of delivery of the products by the courier commissioned by TATABORELLO, the customer is obliged to carefully check that the packaging is intact and not damaged or tampered and that the number of pieces is as indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the packaging or the mismatch in the number of pieces as indicated in the transport document must be immediately contested to the courier and then promptly reported to TATABORELLO by email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the order number.
In cases of force majeure, unavailability of transport , as well as unforeseen or unavoidable event which causes a delay in delivery or make deliveries difficult or impossible or cause a significant increase in the cost of delivery to TATABORELLO will load to the same the right to fractionate and postpone the delivery or resolve some or all of the purchase contract.
In such cases TATABORELLO will provide timely and adequate notice of its determinations to the e-mail address indicated by the customer that shall be entitled to the refund of the price already paid, excluding any further claims, for whatever reason, against TATABORELLO.

Couriers used by TATABORELLO are: DHL for deliveries in Italy FEDEX for all other destinations
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the selected service and destination of the goods.

Shipments will be made within 48 hours from purchase. In August will be possible to purchase regularly but No shipment will be made until September.
